Participant-Initiated Cancellations
If you need to cancel your registration, the following refund schedule applies based on how many days remain before your registered event date:

| 30+ days before event | 75% refund |
| 15–29 days before event | 50% refund |
| 14 days or less before event | No refund |
How to Request a Refund
- Email your refund request to query@runforheritage.com
- Include your Payment ID and registered email address in the email
- Clearly mention the reason for cancellation
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method
Non-Refundable Items
- Payment gateway processing charges are non-refundable in all cases
- Race kits that have already been dispatched or collected cannot be returned
⚠️ Important: Registrations are non-transferable. BIB numbers cannot be sold, gifted, or given to another person under any circumstance.
Event Cancellation by Organiser
In the unlikely event that Run for HERitage needs to cancel or postpone a race due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, government directives, natural disasters, etc.), registered participants will be notified via email at the earliest opportunity.
- In case of a full cancellation by the organiser, a full refund will be processed within 10–14 working days
- In case of postponement, your registration will be valid for the rescheduled date; if you cannot attend the new date, a refund can be requested within 7 days of the postponement announcement
Race Category Changes
Requests to change race categories (e.g., from 5K to 10K) are subject to availability and must be made at least 21 days before the event by emailing query@runforheritage.com. Any difference in registration fees will apply.
