What is Run for HERitage?+
Run for HERitage is a Pan India heritage marathon series for 2026, celebrating India's cultural legacy through running. The series covers multiple cities — Kolkata, Delhi, Chandigarh, and Pune — offering 3K Fun Run, 5K Classic, and 10K Heritage categories for all genders and fitness levels.
Who can participate?+
The event is open to all genders aged 16 years and above. Participants below 18 must have written parental or guardian consent. All participants must be medically fit to run their selected distance.
What distances are available?+
We offer three race categories: 3K Fun Run (₹499 Early Bird) for beginners and families, 5K Classic Run (₹799 Early Bird) for regular runners, and 10K Heritage Run (₹1,099 Early Bird) for experienced runners. A Virtual Runner option (Pan India) is also coming soon.
Which cities is the event happening in?+
Season 2026 covers four cities: Kolkata (June 14, 2026 · Salt Lake), Delhi (August 23, 2026 · JLN Stadium), Pune (August 9, 2026 · Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium), and Chandigarh (September 20, 2026 · Chandigarh Club).
📋 Registration
How do I register?+
Click the "Register Now" button on any page, select your city and race category, fill in your details, and complete the payment through our secure Razorpay gateway. You will receive your race BIB and e-ticket via email after successful payment.
Can I register multiple runners at once?+
Yes! You can register multiple runners in a single transaction. Just increase the quantity for each race category during registration and fill in the details for each runner.
Can I change my T-shirt size after registering?+
Unfortunately, the T-shirt size selected at registration is final and cannot be changed after payment confirmation. Please select your size carefully before completing payment.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?+
No. Registrations are non-transferable. Race BIB numbers cannot be sold or given to another person. Only the registered participant may use their BIB on race day.
🎽 Race Kit
What is included in the Race Kit?+
Every registered participant receives a Heritage Race Kit which includes: a Finisher Medal, an Official Event T-Shirt, Refreshments on the race route, and an e-Certificate of Completion. The kit is designed to celebrate your effort and India's shared cultural legacy.
When and how do I collect my Race BIB?+
Your BIB number and e-ticket will be sent to your registered email address after successful payment. Physical BIB collection details will be shared closer to the event date via email.
💰 Payment & Refunds
What payment methods are accepted?+
We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay — including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and popular wallets. All payments are secured by Razorpay's PCI DSS-compliant gateway. We never store your card or bank details.
What is the refund policy?+
Cancellations made
30+ days before the event receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made
15–29 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made

Are there Early Bird prices?+
Yes! Early Bird pricing is available for a limited time: ₹499 for 3K, ₹799 for 5K, and ₹1,099 for 10K. Register early to lock in these special rates before prices increase.
🏥 Health & Safety
Is there medical support on the route?+
Yes. Medical aid will be available at multiple points along the race route and at the finish line. We strongly recommend all participants consult a physician before registering, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions.
Can the organiser withdraw a participant during the race?+
Yes. The organiser reserves the right to withdraw any participant deemed medically unfit or unsafe during the event, for the safety of the participant and others.
📸 Photography & Media
Will there be photography at the event?+
Yes. By registering, participants grant Run for HERitage the right to photograph, film, or record their participation. These images may be used for promotional purposes including social media, website, and print. Participants who wish to opt out must notify the organiser in writing before the event at
